To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and such other details as the registration form requires. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate at the time of registration and remains so throughout the life of the Account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. The Operator will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
You must notify the Operator immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Prompt notification is essential to enable the Operator to take protective action on your behalf.

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delay and may be temporarily suspended during key moments of play. Bets placed during a live suspension period may be voided. The Operator's decision on in-play settlement is final.
Bets are settled based on official results as reported by the relevant sporting body. The Operator reserves a reasonable period following the conclusion of an event to confirm settlement. In cases of dispute, the Operator's decision is final, subject to any formal dispute resolution process published on the Platform.
Where odds are published as a result of a technical error, human error or any other cause that results in materially incorrect pricing, the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes, regardless of whether the event has already been settled.
